Hi everyone! Most people call me Shu, and I grew up in Singapore.

I have always enjoyed exploring new places with my family and friends, but travelling solo in 2023 to Taiwan was a game-changer for me – the freedom, the excitement, and the sheer joy of exploring on my own terms were truly transformative. As I strolled through its streets and soaked in its culture, I realised that my perspective and interests are much different from those of my younger days, and I wanted a space to capture my adventures in writing.
